Booking Conditions

Non-refundable 30% deposit of the total service cost 30 days prior in order to guarantee hotel bookings. Remaining of the total cost must be paid to our account 15 days prior to secure your bookings concerning with the trip Names as per passport, passport number, nationality and occupation are required at the time of booking .

 

DOCUMENTATION

        You will need a passport valid for six months and appropriate visas to enter our countries. GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation.

 

RATES, VALIDITY AND INCLUSIONS

         Tour prices are quoted net to agent in US dollars with current exchange and are subject to change without notice. Service included will mention in the itinerary when you book or confirm the tour.

We mention the tour prices on the program with included and excluded as per itinerary, such as domestic airfares, train fares, accommodation, meals, local language speaking guide fee, entrance fees/zone fees and other personal activities.

 

PAYMENT

          Payment can be made by cash (or) bank transfer. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If booked less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required immediately. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to GRACIOUS TRAVEL must be paid by the Client / Agent.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Any cancellations should be made in writing.

30 days prior to trip Arrival – Loss of deposit

15 to 30 days prior to trip Arrival – 50% of total tour cost

Less than 10 days prior to Arrival – Full payment of total tour cost

 

 

PROGRAM CHANGES

GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL reserves the right to rearrange, substitute or cancel tour elements without prior notice should prevailing circumstances at the time of travel dictate such adjustments. All itineraries are subject to change depending on domestic flight availability. No refund shall be made for any change during once you have started your tour in Myanmar.

 

LIABILITY

GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL acts solely as an intermediary between the passenger, his travel agent or tour operator, and local airlines, hotels, restaurants, boat companies and ground transportation companies.

 

GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveler including those occurring outside the tour programs. While every effort is undertaken to provide tour arrangements exactly as per itineraries, additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest, must be borne by the traveler.

 

GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL strongly suggests that passengers take out adequate private insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation costs, medical expenses including repatriation in the event of an accident or illness, loss or damage to luggage before any trip to Myanmar.

 

GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL also reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation or switch around programs if, due to reasons beyond its control, hotels, flights or any other services as mentioned in the program cannot be confirmed. However, GRACIOUS LAND TRAVEL will endeavor to find the best possible alternatives in order to maintain the level of quality of arrangements as originally confirmed. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of booking and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the client's agreement to the above conditions.
